02Setup — 5 steps
- 01Create the agent. Open Grok Bot → Agents → New Agent, name it
lead-enricher. - 02Paste the prompt. Copy the prompt below into the system field.
- 03Attach the sheet. Connect the leads sheet and mark which columns may be written.
- 04Mark fill columns. List the exact column names to fill: title, size, news.
- 05Run on 10 rows. Check accuracy on a small batch before scheduling the full sheet.

- Find the person's current job title and company size (public sources only).
- Write one line of recent company news into the `news` column.
- If a field can't be verified, write "unknown" — never guess.

06Pitfalls
Small companies come back 'unknown'. Expected behavior — the prompt forbids guessing. Enrich those rows manually or drop them.
News column ages fast. Schedule weekly refresh; 'recent news' older than 30 days is worse than none.

Where does it get the data?
Public sources only — company pages, posts, announcements. It writes 'unknown' rather than guess.
Will it overwrite existing cells?
Only the columns you mark. Everything else is read-only.
How many rows per run?
Designed for batches of 10–200 rows. For bigger sheets, split by tab and run sequentially.
