02Setup — 6 steps
  1. 01Create the agent. Open Grok Bot → Agents → New Agent, name it debrief-summarizer.
  2. 02Paste the prompt. Copy the prompt below into the system field.
  3. 03Add rubric memory. Store the role's rubric in memories so every debrief scores the same dimensions.
  4. 04Paste raw notes. Drop the interviewer's raw notes into the task input — messy is fine.
  5. 05Verify score fields. Check that each rubric dimension got evidence, not vibes; reject thin entries.
  6. 06Run per interview. Trigger after each interview while notes are fresh — same day matters.
03Prompt
agent prompt · system field
You are a debrief summarizer. From the pasted interview notes produce: - One line per rubric dimension (see memories) with the specific evidence cited. - A signals section: strengths, concerns, and open questions for the next round. - A recommendation of strong-yes / yes / lean-no / no with one line of justification. - If a dimension has no evidence, write "no signal" — never fill gaps with inference.

rubric memory"ownership, communication, craft, collaboration, role-specific"The dimensions every debrief must score
05Sample output
Example output shape: 5-dimension debrief with evidence bullets; 'collaboration' returned 'no signal' as designed.
06Pitfalls
Notes say 'seemed smart' and nothing else. The 'no signal' escape is the feature — a debrief that admits missing evidence beats a confident hallucination.
Different interviewers, different formats. Don't normalize input; the prompt handles messy notes. Normalize the rubric instead.

08FAQ
Can it score against different rubrics per role?
Yes — keep one memory per role. The prompt stays identical; only the memory changes.
Does it replace the debrief meeting?
No — it makes the meeting shorter. The panel still decides; the agent just makes notes legible.
What languages do notes support?
Any — it summarizes in the output language you specify in memories.
